Sales Director
Our client is a phenomenally successful Technical Marketing leader in the Seattle area and is looking for Sales Director who is a dynamic and innovative leader to drive growth and create value. This is an exciting time to be a part of a well-established company that is on track to grow exponentially.
In this role you will report to the Vice President as you manage enterprise level client accounts, overseeing business operations and assist in the growth and development of the team and overall business.
Responsibilities:
- Expand existing client relationships
- Manage business that exceed projections
- Participate in the internal management of the company
- Guide team development, motivating sales teams to produce exceptional results
- Serve as mentor to others
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience Sales Management experience
- Have ‘owned’ your own P&L
- Able to guild a ‘go to market’ strategy
- Excel, PowerPoint Proficient
- Solid negotiation skills
