Account Management Supervisor
Our client, an international data and information provider with operations in several countries, is looking for an Account Management Supervisor to lead their growing team in Seattle.
In this role you will be responsible for strategic account management of existing customers.
Responsibilities:
· Drive and implement key projects across your team
· Maintain territory assignments and key productivity ratios
· Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement.
· Revenue pipeline forecasting / management
· Structure and implement long term agreements with customers to grow revenue from customer base
· Liaise between client, internal departments and partners to provide clear program guidance for customers
· Conduct regular business reviews
· Support account management team with client specific projects
· Assist Vice President with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
· 5+ years’ in a client facing role with a proven track record
· Hybrid skills set balancing Account Management and Sales
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Experience managing a team of 5+
· Experience successfully managing corporate initiatives
· BA Degree, an advanced degree a plus
· Demonstrated project management abilities
· Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task
